Native Youth Art Contest!

The “Living a Good Life” Native Youth Art Contest is open for all our budding community artists ages 4-17 years, who live in Winsor-Essex County.
Your artwork can be a painting, bead work, sketching etc., as long as it shows what ‘Living a Good Life’ means to you. All art submissions are due at the Can-Am Indian Friendship Centre on Monday January 18th, 2016 before 5pm. Don’t forget to fill out a ‘submission form’ Click the link to the form below. All artwork will be judged by Indigenous Artists, and showcased at the Ontario Arts Council’s Artspeak Gallery. The Exhibition will run from February 15th-20th, with the Reception being held on Tuesday February 16th from 5-7pm !!! Prizes will be awarded to the finalists. Don’t miss this amazing opportunity!
